We're looking to add some more talent to our front desk staff to our Cambridge and Arlington offices.

You are the literal front line into our offices whether it’s the phone or actually coming into our office. Your smile and warm greeting welcomes our little patients and set them at ease. We’d love to have you join our awesome and fast-paced pediatric dental team.

Besides that smile and warm greetings you give our patients, some of your other responsibilities will include:

• providing a professional and calming presence to the reception area,
• checking in patients,
• setting appointments,
• answering phones,
• calling to confirm appointments,
• calling and confirming insurance eligibility and payment issues,
• explaining office procedures to patients,
• updating forms,
• updating patient information and other front desk related tasks.

You will be joining a team of friendly professionals who take pride in providing the best care for their patients. You will receive training on our process, procedures, as well as our practice management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
