Craft the guest experience by connecting and understanding the guest needs.
Communicate with guests at the highest level of hospitality with integrity.
Be supported to be "you" in accommodating the guest’s special requests whenever possible.
Be empowered and supported to resolve guest’s below expected experiences.
Be responsible to respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
Utilize a variety of computer software programs to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block cabins for arriving guests.
Accept reservations, changes and cancellations.
Be the person welcoming guests to Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek, a place where magical moments happen.
Basic Qualifications:
- Dedicated, a strong communicator with attention to detail, excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively with team and guests. Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Previous experience in Front Desk preferred
- Knowledge of IQware PMS preferred

Ability to work 7:30AM-3:30PM, days can vary and may include weekends and holidays.
