Job Description
Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Hours
- At Eric Snow Y - Weekday mornings, evenings and Saturdays
- At Meyers Lake Y - Monday and Friday 5:15am-1pm
- Additional hours available depending on department needs
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
- Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fun, friendly and flexible individual
- Willing to work as a team player
Responsibilities
- Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
- Promotes memberships and programs
- Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
- Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.
Rate of Pay
$10.75/hour (Commensurate with experience)
