Silver Falls Hospitality, a small businesses located in Silver Falls State Park is looking for one front desk agent/ reservationist to join our now almost 20 person strong team part-time and seasonally for the summer. We are located on 20022 Silver Falls Hwy SE, within the Smith Creek Village of Silver Falls State Park.

Responsibilities:

*Greet and welcome Silver Falls State Park and Smith Creek Village guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls, incoming daily reservations emails, and walk-in guests and clients. *Organize and schedule leisure reservations for the Smith Creek Village hotel *Maintaining staff office cleanliness and organization of resources *Assist in daily operations by coordinating with Housekeeping and restaurant teams, calling in status' of rooms, units, and venues *Offer concierge services to our guests, assisting them in building an end to end Silver Falls experience

Qualifications:

*Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Knowledge of digital CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and word processing documents *Experience with digital design and Canva, not required but is a bonus! *Excellent customer service skills, professional and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *Our ideal candidate is kind, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
