Qualifications – previous hotel experience is NOT required

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

· Refined verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Front Desk Agent/Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This is a highly visible role that will require you to be the face of Hyatt. Front Desk Agents/Hosts have the opportunity to make a huge impact for our guests as they are required to communicate directly with guests, process forms of payment and respond to guest inquires.
