Job description
As a Front Desk Agent at our Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Bellingham, you will be the first point of contact four our amazing guests. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling guest inquiries, check-ins checkouts and various administrative tasks. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask in a busy, customer sever ice centered environment. Do you think you have what it takes?
