The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming incoming guests, scheduling local and worldwide reservations, answering phones and performing administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Answer questions from callers and respond to requests for information.
• Effectively organize, process and execute guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate changes in room status to the housekeeping department, notifying the appropriate person of all special guest requests.
• Perform basic bookkeeping functions such as recording receipts, distributing checks and postage stamps, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
