As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in Myrtle Beach, SC, you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival and manage the center's overall flow while providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Educates every guest on the services, products, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and packages based on their preferences
• Inform guests on prices and monthly promotions.
• Sales (commission based), Marketing, Front Desk Receptionist

Skills:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, or similar role
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
• High school diploma

Shift requirements:

• Monday - Friday | 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Saturday | 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Sunday | 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
