Construction Framer/Carpenter
Spring Creek Construction, LLC, Walden, CO 80480
$30,000 to $70,000 a year, based on experience

There are approximately 20 properties in the Walden, Colorado region for which we are responsible for remodeling, maintaining, or building. The largest of these properties is a world-class log structure that is new construction. Be part of a culture that is built on employee success and sharing of collective experiences.
This is a long-term, stable job (2 to 5+ years):
- Must relocate to Walden, Colorado and live onsite
- Housing Available for full-time employees (specific housing needs to be discussed at the point of offer - housing does have some limitations)
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications:
- Framing Experience: 10 years (Preferred)
- Great communication skills
- Team Oriented
- Clean Driver’s License
- Three (3) work-related references
Job Responsibilities:
- Full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work
- Wall framing, Roof framing, layout, sheathing, plate and line
- Works from blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair various types of facilities and structures
- Inspects completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations
- Ensure work progresses accurately
- Measure and mark lumber and other materials
- Use transit, lasers, levels
- Cut and shape wood, plastic, drywall and/or fiberglass
- Double-check measurements
- Oversee that materials and work area are clean and obstruction-free
- Building and installing cabinetry, stair building and/or trim work
- Proficient in using tools such as saws, sanders, drills, planers, etc.
- Must have hand tools, tool belt, hammer, square, chalk line, cordless drills, etc.
- Ability to work remodels and new construction
- Able to lift 40 to 60 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders, scaffolding and stairs
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Other duties as assigned
