Auto-Chlor System in Memphis, TN is hiring a Formulation Chemist to develop new products from concept to commercialization and improve existing products.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate new raw materials.
- Develop specifications for new and reformulated products.
- Create project timelines per marketing priorities, set milestones/critical paths, and ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in team-driven actions to facilitate ongoing production improvements or new product development projects.
- Evaluate & develop new technologies related to kitchen/restaurant cleaning.
- Change existing formulations to improve product cost.
- Conduct stability studies on formulations.
- Write necessary documents for manufacturing procedures.
- Perform scale-up for transition to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
- 5-10 years of formulating experience
- Strong technical writing skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
