Don Juan Mex Grill has recently obtained a food truck! We anticipate the food truck will be used frequently at both private events and more regular venues. We are looking for someone to operate the food truck (both driving and preparing/serving food), manage the inquiries that come in, and act in a supervisory role over other team members who work on the food truck.
Primary responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the food truck
- Manage, train, and develop food truck team members
- Prepare and serve food
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained
- Drive the truck to vending locations
Requirements:
- Restaurant / food service / food truck experience
- ServSafe certified or willingness to become certified within the first 90 days
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fast-paced work
- A great attitude, enthusiasm, and energy
- Flexible availability
- Driver's license and clean driving record
