SUMMARY
Provide exceptional guest service to guests visiting food and beverage venues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Takes orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests.
- Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Maintains cleanliness of cashier station, menus and all other tools necessary for the position.
- Follows all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure the minimum drinking age requirements are met.
- Maintains stock levels of all goods for condiment area, dining room, and front counter area for the next shift.
- Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered.
- Promotes the Big Six and encourages a Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe Environment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry level position with little to no previous work experience required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to obtain a State issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and/or casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed. Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.
