Job Summary: The Club Team Leader supervises and manages the Mai location within a Club location. The Club Team Leader is responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the location to attain while maximizing member satisfaction. This individual will assume complete responsibility of kiosk operations within the Club they are assigned, including the following:

Pay Range: $14-17/hr

Location: 45600 Utica Park Blvd, Utica, MI 48315

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing technology to drive sales through excellent operations and marketing execution
• Controlling profit and loss
• Inventory management
• Business analysis
• Providing and teaching superior customer service
• Training and developing the team
• Coaching and evaluating employees
• Recruiting and leading team members
• Creating team schedules
• Contribute as an active team participant

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of restaurant or food production leadership experience.
• Must be a motivational leader with the ability to supervise and develop team members.
• Must have strong experience in hiring employees, delegating assignments, hands-on training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and managing talent expectations.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer knowledge is required.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
