Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a skilled and career-oriented Food Service Manager to support our campus dining locations on the prestigious campus of Lynn University located in South Florida in the beautiful city of Boca Raton. This Food Service Manager will support all operations on campus which includes Resident dining, Catering, and Retail.
Has the potential to pay up to $68,000 annually.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and/or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- have food production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;

- Maintains and develops client relationships and customer satisfaction for multi-functional food service areas to ensure account retention and positive public relations
