Future Media Conferences is looking for stellar on-site hosts to assist with our upcoming event, Adobe Video World in New York on December 8-9th. This is a temporary 2-day role to take place on Thursday and Friday, December 8-9th, 2022.

Future Media Conferences (FMC) is a leading producer of education-rich conferences such as Post|Production World at NAB Show, Adobe Video World, FCP Global Summit, Visual Storytelling Conference, Editors Retreat, the NAB New York Post|Production Conference, and more!

Adobe Video World is an in-person training event produced in partnership with Adobe. Adobe Video World brings together Adobe users with Adobe Certified Instructors and the Adobe teams to keep attendees up-to-date with the cutting-edge features within Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Programming at Adobe Video World will focus on essential techniques in video editing, color correcting, and audio mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Sessions and panel discussions are presented by Adobe Certified instructors who are well versed in these industry-standard platforms!

We are looking for (2) on-site event hosts!

On-site Host Responsibilities Include:

• Must be located in New York and available for the entire event on December 8-9th from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. All onsite hosts will be compensated for their time on 8-9th and provided complimentary lunch.
• Providing customer service to attendees when needed (i.e. Answering event questions and directing attendees to various rooms.)
• Assist with attendee check-in.
• Monitor conference rooms; ensure that sessions start and end on time.
• Report any tech issues to your onsite supervisor.
• Provide customer service to attendees when needed (ex: Answering event questions and directing attendees to various rooms, etc).

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $60.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• New York, NY 10004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
