Position Summary
- Work closely with agency, management, and senior leadership to create, develop, oversee and implement processes and workflow solutions for Production and Support in Florida.
- Champion and promote all internal processes, applications and cultural norms.
- Direct, develop and oversee production and support processes and workflows for all internal applications for internal employees and global resource partners to achieve established metrics.
- Create and organize internal structure to support the delivery of all production offerings within established metrics.
- Develop relationships with agents and provide support to agency sales in order to deepen wallet share and
- Identify and hire needed personnel as driven by growth and expansion.
- Utilize the latitude to treat customers' problems as your own.
- All other duties as assigned.
