We are looking for a 2nd Shift FLEXO Operator for the Cold Spring, KY facility, that will earn a 10% shift differential including start pay of $16/hour ($1.60 shift diff = $17.60); CCL is located 2 minutes from Highland Heights, KY; 7 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, OH; 10 minutes from Anderson / Kellogg bridge and 30 minutes from Butler, California, Falmouth, Hebron & Florence KY areas and 30 minutes from Fairfield, Blue Ash areas.; Look us up! www.ccllabel.com;

The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic and enjoy working with people in a constantly changing environment.

• Set-up and operate Flexo presses to produce pressure sensitive labels.
• Receives and reviews job jackets, job specifications, and customer requirements.
• Retrieves or receives inks, materials, plates, etc. and sets up stations to produce quality product.
• Trains to operate press without assistance.
• Monitors work in progress.
• Completes paperwork.

Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Must be able to read, understand and complete required paperwork. Must be able to distinguish colors.

Normal schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day, with overtime when needed. All offers of employment are contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

High school diploma or equivalent required. EEOE
