Are you tired of taking care of 10-20 clients at a time and miss having one-on-one time with your clients? Do you want the flexibility to create your own schedule? Do you want to work independently?

2. Attendance and Timeliness is a standard we will not lower. The safety of clients relies on caregivers to be consistent and on time. If you struggle with timeliness and attendance, this is not the job for you. You MUST have your own reliable vehicle and be able to drive up to 30 miles to get to/ from shifts. You MUST be available to work as far west as Gretna/ Elkhorn, as far east and Council Bluffs, as far north as Blair High Road, as far South as Bellevue.

3. We care about Passion, Purpose, & the Paycheck. I cannot teach you to love people. I cannot teach you to care about your work. If you are looking for a paycheck without passion or purpose, this is not the job for you.
