STARTING Wage of crew is $14.00 with Bonus and Tips is up to $4.50 Per Hour MORE than Base Rate. UP TO $18.50 PER HOUR with Base Pay, Bonus and Tips!!!

Crew Member
Crew Members at Five Guys learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Crew Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. Major responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, cleaning the dining area and other work stations and ensuring the total cleanliness of the workplace. Crew Members must also make sure that the food that’s being served is always fresh and has undergone the proper food handling procedure.
Bonus Opportunities
Team members can earn weekly cash bonuses included in their paychecks based on store performance in our Secret Shopper program. This can reach upwards of $100 per week, per shop with 96 shops completed a year! Crew members also receive tips daily and a free meal for each shift worked.
TIPS
All team members are eligible to receive tips both in cash daily as well as electronic tips which are paid out on bi-weekly paychecks.
