Fitness Studio Sales Associate

TITLE BOXING CLUB is the world’s leading authentic heavy bag boxing club. Our proprietary 52-week boxing journey incorporates skill progression and interval training for a total-body, skills-based authentic heavy bag strength, and conditioning workout that is inspired by a true boxer’s heavy bag workout. We help transform the lives of people of all ages and fitness abilities.

We have a full-time opening for a go-getter to help manage the sales of this location and join a nationally recognized team.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to share our story with everyone who walks into the Club or calls for more information or who expresses even the slightest bit of interest in improving themselves.

Here’s more of what the position entails:

• Properly manage time. Be at the club at peak business times, including some evenings and some Saturday or Sunday mornings.
• Responsible for following the sales lead process and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide Trial Members or FTGs through their first TITLE Boxing Club workout
• Helping maintain the amazing member experience where people achieve the highest levels of physical and mental wellness and have fun while doing so
• Compliance with and adherence to TBC Standard Operating Procedures for daily club operations
• Model all club activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
• Ensure TBC branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
• Help plan and promote special events for the club on a monthly basis
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
• Willingness to occasionally lead classes (in case of emergency)

Are You Qualified?

• Outgoing and positive personality (required)
• Proven sales experience (required)
• Fitness or member-based organization experience (preferred)
• Organized and detail oriented
• Good communicator (in-person, phone, written)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Excellent at building rapport
• Coachable
• Results driven and able to follow processes
• Self sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
• Able to work flexible schedules as needed, including some weekends and holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
