A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking sales associates to help lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Clarksboro, NJ area.

POSITION: The sales associates will assist with studio functionality from sales to studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Ability to drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

DUTIES:

• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned

• This position offers a competative base rate plus commission
