Complete follow up for sales and service departments through phone calls, texts and emails. This role helps our store to function at it's highest levels and assists in keeping our CSI at 5 Stars.
- The BDC Rep will make hundreds of contacts a day through phone, text and emails. With the use of a CRM and other tools provided by the dealership, you will contact every guest that has been in contact with the store to ensure their satisfaction is being met. This will help the growth of the store in sales and service through your consistently happy approach to reaching out and following up with our guests.
- Ideally, you will have experience in the BDC role and have the self drive to want to be the best at your position. If not experienced directly in BDC dealerships , then other similar telephone marketing and sales by phone will be acceptable. Must have a super outgoing, happy go lucky attitude that can be heard by the guests through phone, texts and emails.
