Job description

Perform financial and operational processes associated with mid and end of term lease portfolio management to completion while achieving business results. This position involves an emphasis on sales and customer interaction in a dynamic environment of continuous change.

  • You will deliver accurate and timely returns administration for leases
  • Provide quoting of extensions, renewals and buyout of leases in conjunction with company policies
  • You will build and maintain effective internal and external customer and multi-functional relationships
  • You will provide additional Operations Reports and metrics as needed
  • Support multi-functional teams in establishing new process/program criteria
  • May own key customer relationships
  • Liaise with Sales, business partner and customers to resolve issues related to document adjustments
  • Coordinate compliance request and provide support during internal review or external audit
  • Support Partner Mgr and Client Services Mgr to resolve customer related issues
  • Participate/lead special projects, training, or development of processes & procedures as needed
  • Achieve ongoing personal/professional development goals

Cisco Capital Americas Operations supports the leasing and financing of hardware and services supplied by Cisco Systems, Inc. and their partners, including contract preparation, billing and collecting and end of lease activities. There are nine Operations Teams in the Americas in two locations: RTP, NC and Reno, Nevada. Who You Are:

You are highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at handling expectations, and able to set and prioritize as needed while working with sales and other internal organizations as well as customers. You are able to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions and partners with client groups in a team setting to provide business solutions. You understand Cisco's business objectives and its impact on client group's processes and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 years of experience of relevant work experience or in lieu of degree.
  • Two years Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or experience in commercial lending environment.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of tools

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
