Financial Project Analyst Description:

The overall goal of this position is to hire a Financial Project Analyst to assist in maintaining and monitoring projects plans with Site Leads and Regional Managers. This role will be responsible for monitoring resource allocation, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, maintaining project documentation, and creating / maintaining reporting to assist in decision making.

Financial Project Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Site Leads and Regional Managers in maintaining and monitoring project plans, resource scheduling, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Maintain reports within the Infor ERP system to assist with stakeholder decision making
  • Prepare client statements and work on various client requests
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and projects

The successful Project Analyst must have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • 3+ years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter, excited by the opportunity to make a tangible impact, adept at communicating with multiple levels of an organization
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and follow through.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to multitask internal and external requests
  • Passionate about learning and educating others
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable with cloud-based software and paperless work environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 - $75,000. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
