What Will You Be Doing?
Keep a smile on our customer’s faces with first-rate customer service.
Put in, change around, fix, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
Check in with our customers and on our devices to ensure they are running. smoothly, see if there are any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed to do the Job: Must Haves / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed (shared call calendar with other technicians on the team).
Willing to travel within the area to customer locations as needed (gas and mileage are generously reimbursed).
Ambitious and motivated individual who loves to learn and is comfortable working independently, while being part of a cohesive team (and after the training period).

Nice-to-Haves:
Any experience in a tech field or role (including troubleshooting)
Microsoft Office product knowledge
Mechanical and Computer experience

“The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the end of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.75 - $26 / hr.”
