Responsibilities:
- Service and repair previously installed RbA products
- Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible
- Install window and door replacements
- Inventory service stock area of warehouse
- Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
- Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations
- Complete and submit required paperwork
- Portray a professional image and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have a clean driver’s license and driving record for the past 5 years
- Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines
- Must have some basic tools
