Looking for a dependable and motivated individual with physical ability to carry out labor tasks on construction sites.

Field Laborer who exhibit strong communication skills and proven required skillsets, will be considered for potential promotion to Field Foreman if/when positions are available. This is an excellent place to start and develop a career in the commercial construction industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow direction of the Field Foreman with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
• Cooperate with other trades on the job site. Respect the work of other trades.
• Attend weekly tail-gate safety meetings.
• Keep all work and the job site clean and safe.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crew safe
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, dedication
• Ability to show up on time at the jobsite
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to be able to commute to various sites in the greater Los Angeles area.
• Available to work days/nights weekdays and weekends.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Legally eligible to work in the US

• Potential raise at 60-day review depending on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
