Full Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining healthy landscapes and minimizing disease activity in the turf and landscape by applying proper application of fertilizer & pesticides.
• Provide customer service to existing and potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns while in the field.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.
• Completing daily paperwork requirements.
• Winter work may be available which may include but is not limited to snowplowing, salting, shoveling and working in the shop.

Requirements:

• The ability to learn & apply insecticides, fertilizers, fungicides and ability to apply them at the properly calibrated rate.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in various climate elements.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, accept new challenges, multi-task and prioritize
• You must have a Valid Ohio Driver’s license
• Ability to learn to operate a Z-Sprayer
• Honest & Trustworthy person with a good work ethic.
• The ability to work Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday during the busy season.
• Ability to do simple math
