SUMMARY: Responsible for data entry of sales information supporting our Agronomy division.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
o Maintains a high level of business ethics.
o Responsible for customer service satisfaction.
o Always be professional in assigned duties.
o Be at work on time and work scheduled hours.
o Confidentiality must always be maintained.
o Must be accurate and have high attention to detail.
o Always works with the office staff, employees, vendors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
o Supports the Agronomy Division.
o Answers the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
o Greets people in a friendly and professional manner.
o Maintains a clean environment at all times.
o Enter sales information to support our Agronomy Division.
o Responsible for the accuracy of customer splits in relationship to the billing of the fertilizer sales.
o Keeps customer files updated daily.
o Reports to the Fertilizer Office Manager/Agronomy Manager on the current customer contract status.
o Coordinates with other divisions and departments to achieve Cooperative goals.
o Cooperates with other office employees to create a professional office environment.
o Keeps our Cooperative in compliance with government requirements related to this position.
o Notify the Agronomy Manager and/or President if something is not in order.
