For those without FedEx Ground experience:

We are looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, FedEx Express, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus; and we have a job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately. Salary:

You will be earning a per-stop rate. Depending on experience, this could be anywhere from $1.20/stop to $1.60/stop. With 300 stops per day, you'd be looking at $360-$480 per day as your base rate. Those with no prior high-level delivery roles will be started at an hourly rate commiserate with experience and given a clear path to increasing wages with frequent performance reviews.

• $2500 signing bonus. Half is to be paid at 90 days, and the remainder at 180 days

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Need a CLEAN driving record within the last 3 years
• Ability to PASS a DOT Physical exam
• Clear DRUG SCREEN – This includes marijuana
• Clear CRIMINAL BACKGROUND check
• Must be able to handle delivering up to 150 lbs packages using hand trucks
• Ability to arrive to Redmond on time each morning

Compensation:

up to $150,000 annually + full benefits package and signing bonus

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
