Education:

Must have a BSW or related four-year degree with a license in Social Work or Counseling.

Related degrees are: Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, Interpersonal Communication, Human Services, Primary or Secondary Education, Criminal Justice, Board of Regents with an emphasis in Human Service, Gerontology, Family and Consumer Science

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Case management services for individuals who have CPS (Child Protective Services) and/or YS (Youth Services) cases
• Providing Safety Services, individualized parenting and adult life skills classes Supervised visitation (provide general safety for the children and parents during visits)
• Attend/participate in court hearings/ Multidisciplinary Team meetings (MDT)
• Assist with case planning
• Assist clients with transportation

Additional:

• Must live in surrounding counties
• Experience providing direct service to families.
• All candidates must have an acceptable CIB and CPS/APS record
• Must be willing to travel and go into client's homes
• Valid Driver's License/Current Auto Insurance/Reliable Transportation
• Professional and reliable
• Great Interpersonal Skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Be Self-Motivated
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently
• Document professionally
• Team Player willing to communicate with treatment team and coworkers
• Must be willing to follow directions and chain of command

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
