• Coastal Plains Primary Care is seeking a fulltime Nurse Practitioner!

As a part of our team, you will obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format; Performs complete physical assessments; Orders, performs, and interprets routine laboratory tests; Provides health education and counseling; Arranges referrals to other members of the health team as needed and also to community resources; Uses appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law; Respects the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients; Reviews patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course and charts accordingly.

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and two years clinical experience preferred. Requires current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner from the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Must have ability to utilize EHR medical charting systems and possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills
