Job description

This position performs a wide variety of general repairs, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance on buildings, facility equipment and utility systems. These duties may include electrical, plumbing, roofing, masonry, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, renovations and other general building maintenance duties. The job duties also includes general maintenance of property grounds, which includes cutting grass, trimming hedges, maintain flowers and plants, power washing and the overall neat appearance of all GIENC locations in eastern NC. Job duties will require travel to different GIENC locations during the scheduled workday, no overnight travel.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, full-time position with excellent benefits; must have a valid driver’s license. Also, must possess 3 years building maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Apply online at https://www.gienc.org/careers.
