Pillar Ministries is looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated individual who will provide support to the Facilities Department by carrying out all maintenace tasks with the goal of maintaining an environment of excellence.

- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and maintenance. Work performed in all aspects of general maintenance.
- The ability to perform some physical labor. Including but not limited to, operating machinery, working with tools, climbing ladders, working on high elevations, lifting 30+ pounds, indoor/outdoor working conditions, etc.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage projects independently.
- Exceptional writing, communication, organization, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills.
- Working interdepartmentally to complete projects.
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while exhibiting superb attention to detail.
- The ability to follow and carry out workflow instruction.
- The ability to adapt to last minute changes.
- Willing to work flexible hours, especially to accommodate emergency situations.
- Someone who is willing to learn and grow their current professional abilities.
Responsibilities/Day-to-Day
The primary responsibility will be to support the Facilities Department as a whole by taking instruction to manage day to day tasks that ensure maintenance and care of the campus grounds are kept updated.

- Reports and works under the supervision of both Pillar Ministries and Belleview Christian School facility directors to assess maintenance needs and projects to be completed.
- Works with management to maintain commercial insurance policies. This includes but is not limited to; annual review of all policies, processing changes in a timely fashion, claims management, processing COI’s, etc.
- Ability to effectively work within a budget and project plan. Including but not limited to; labor costs, labor hours, timelines, etc.
- Promptly completing assigned projects.
- Attend team related trainings and meetings as needed.
- Other general maintenance tasks essential to support a successful department.
