Compensation: $17.65 - $22.05 (based on years of experience)

Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator maintains the clerical duties of the facilities department through developing and maintaining an accurate filing system and project management. The position also assists in tracking the progress of facilities tasks and special projects. The position also assists the facilities director in the acquisition of quotes from various contractors for new projects, tracks the timeliness of ongoing projects, and the progress and completion of maintenance projects in general.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Will participate and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic consistent with the content outlined in the Service and Behavioral Standards document. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained within.

2. Maintains the facilities maintenance and inspection records with accuracy.

3. Schedules various inspections required by city and state.

4. Updates and maintains the facilities folder on the H: drive.

5. Updates and maintains the current vendor list.

6. Assists in scheduling meetings with vendors and contractors.

7. Keeps track of the timely progress of facilities projects.

8. Prepares presentations for new projects.

9. Prepares and maintains an accurate asset filing system.

10. Prepares invoices for manager signature.

11. Assists with organizing and improving workflow in the facilities department.

12. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education, licensure, and experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Valid Oregon driver’s License.

3. At least 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Knowledge and skills:
1. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

2. Ability to effectively work with numbers.

3. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

4. Possess excellent computer skills.

5. Possess excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.

Education and Experience:
1. Associates Degree required, Bachelor degree preferred.

2. Valid Oregon driver’s License.

3. At least 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
