COMPANY OVERVIEW

Vesta Property Services provides property management and related services to developers of planned unit communities and residential associations. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Vesta offices are strategically located throughout the Sunshine State. Vesta employs over 1,500 trained and educated professionals providing a wide spectrum of services to residents of more than 300,000 homes in over 800 communities.

SUMMARY

Facility Attendants play a very important role as they are often the first person in which our patrons interact. The Facility Attendant acts as the ambassador of the community by providing exceptional service to all residents and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

• Welcome residents and guests to the facility by conducting tours and provide welcome packets

• Maintains the client's system of accounts and keeps books and records on all client transactions and assets

• Answer member questions and/or concerns to ensure owner and guest satisfaction.

• File and retrieve records and correspondence as needed for research.

• Help maintain a spotless appearance of the amenities at all times.

• Schedule events and rentals.

• Sell tickets for events and rentals.

• Attend events and shows as needed.

• Answer gate access phone and input resident visitors’ information.

• Provide excellent customer service. .

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is occasionally performed in outdoor weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach.

TRAVEL:

No travel is expected for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma.
