What You'll Do:

The Facilities Project Manager assists the Director of Facilities with projects, utilities, capital and major maintenance, vendor/contractor management, proposals, contracts, and various other tasks. This position plays a pivotal part in the growth and future success of our business by overseeing asset improvement and capital expenditure. The Project Manager will partner with many diverse departments to The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks with precision and promptness. Attention to detail and time/resource management are key for a successful Project Manager. Prior experience working in construction management, project management, or strategic-level facilities maintenance preferred; the candidate must have demonstrable working knowledge of construction technical knowledge regarding materials, methods, and systems. This position is located on-premises in Breckenridge, CO. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Position located on-premises in Breckenridge, CO.

Position Starts at $65,000/yr + DOE

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects and communicate updates to guests and affected departments
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of all projects
  • Create Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), etc.
  • Collect and research project/job bids, review and execute contracts
  • Follow established accounting protocols regarding budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, payments, etc.
  • Prepare annual capital budget and planning, and maintain the capital master budget
  • Ensure all projects adhere to town, county, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate and conduct all annual inspections
  • Maintain property plans and blueprints

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or other related field or 5+ years related work experience - preferred
  • Demonstrated history of coordinating with contractors, vendors, and shareholders - required
  • Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) - preferred
  • Proficient at written and verbal communication in English - required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - required
  • Experience using Microsoft Project management software - preferred
