JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to support our client PwC's 22 facilities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

This position is fully remote and you can be based anywhere in the Eastern or Central regions. Candidates situated in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic region is highly preferred.

In this role, you will directly support the Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) by monitoring the maintenance and services of all facilities operations within the region. You will monitor facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.

Here is some of what you will be doing:
Monitor and coordinate with the RFM the work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors

Complete all facilities related reports accurately and on time following the client’s policies for record keeping

Ensure client satisfaction with site leadership team by providing a seamless interface of the client real estate organization and facilities through leadership, responsiveness and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship, and act as a liaison to the JLL Facilities Team

Help support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings and assist with tactical planning for the regional facilities team's goals and objectives

Assist with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers, and coordinate service work in support of the client or JLL

Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the site contacts, and provide facility specific assistance with projects as requested

Ensure appropriate follow up with customers and provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers

Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, interior furnishings, fixtures and equipment

Assist with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and purchasing, and ensure supply orders are placed in a timely manner

Act as an interface with OSM and OS staff. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery

Here is who we are looking for: Professionals with:
A high school diploma or GED

Experience with landlord management, vendor management, and reading leases

Facilities management experience

Experience with Work Order Systems, Corrigo is highly desired

The ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency and a good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

You must be located in the Eastern or Central regions. The Southeast or Mid-Atlantic region is highly desired

Schedule: Monday – Friday either 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay $50,000 – 55,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote
