Responsibilities: Help build the Fabrizia Brand in Georgia by creating and managing all aspects of sales and marketing for Georgia including but not limited to: making sales, inspiring/managing distributor (SGWS) relationships, distributor work-withs, daily use of CompanyCam for CRM, merchandising, in-store tastings, initiating and overseeing on-premise events including scheduling and supervising in-store promoters.

Responsibilities Breakdown:

  • Growing sales of Fabrizia in Georgia to establish the brands presence and profitability for the market within 2-3 years.
  • Residence and focus in the Georgia area
  • One 2-3 night trip to South Carolina every 6 weeks.
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with distributor (SGWS).
  • Communicating with distributor sales team as needed on daily basis.
  • Creating sales in Georgia by visiting accounts daily
  • Opening new accounts on and off-premise
  • Selling new items into existing accounts (once established)
  • Using CompanyCam Daily
  • Visiting a minimum of 7-10 accounts per day Monday through Thursday
  • Visiting a minimum of 3-5 accounts on Friday
  • Merchandising all accounts
  • Performing in-store promotional tastings
  • Initiating and overseeing on-premise events.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of sales depletions by cases and accounts sold in monthly calls with owner.

Salary and Incentives:

Base Salary – $52,000-$60,000 Based on experience.

Sales Performance Bonus Compensation - Between $12,000-$15,000 annual paid via quarterly bonus program.

Stipends:

  • Fabrizia sales car monthly stipend allowance of $500/month
  • Fabrizia provided Amex
  • Usage for all out-of-pocket work expenses including fuel, highway tolls, hotels, marketing materials, travel meals and approved bar spends.

Paid Holidays (8): New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4’th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Floating (1).

Paid Personal Time Off (PTO):

Year 1 and Year 2 - 10 days PTO

Year 3 and on – 15 days PTO.

PTO accrues over the course of the calendar year and expires if not used at year-end.

Health Insurance: Anthem PPO, 50% match.

Group Long Term Disability Coverage: Begins after twelve full months employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
