Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Director daily to complete necessary tasks.

Collect and receipt cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

Assist in dealership customer loan origination and approval process.

Prepare state required paperwork for financial transactions.

Ensure/Verify all transaction paperwork is accurate and complete.

Schedule Customer Closings and Deliveries.

Prepare Closing Documents & Delivery Paperwork

Present financial products such as warranties, GAP insurance, credit insurance, and other products that are offered.

Maintain positive working relationships with our customers and lenders.

Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders, and all aftermarket products offered.

Update department with lender changes and forms as necessary.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Energetic, Positive Attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Sales background is a plus (not required).

Experience with Dealer Management Software is a plus (not required)

Saturdays & Some Sundays are required (day off during the week)

This is a salary position plus commission. Base salary is $50,000.

This position will be based out of our Harrison Twp location. Some travel to other locations will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
