Job Summary

TREATMENT COORDINATOR- DENTAL

Our established multi-specialty dental office is presently seeking a candidate for our Gilbert, AZ office to serve as a treatment coordinator. Essential Job Functions include:

Ability to work in a fast pace environment ***

Establish rapport and build trusting relationships between office and patient.

Present recommended treatment.

Educate patients and help answer questions regarding diagnosis and treatment choices.

Discuss financial options.

Effectively close and secure appointments for dental services.

Record and follow up on all pending treatment.

All applicants must have a positive team attitude and be able to assist the team on other various office tasks.

Requirements: 3-5 years of prior dental experience (REQUIRED); Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a plus. Great communication and organizational skills, as well as strong customer service background. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and dental software (Eaglesoft preferred). Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills with the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions.
