Costa Dentistry is a renovated, state-of-the-art dental office located in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator with potential for growth. Experience preferred and knowledge of Eaglesoft software is helpful. Good communication and people skills are required. Must be a team player, with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and execute all patient communication through phone, text, and email to schedule patients, welcome new patients to the practice, and maintain daily office schedule.
  • Use of spreadsheets for the patient and schedule tracking.
  • Use of Eaglesoft System to schedule appointments, process payments, and export daily reports for ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, patient billing, and financial processes.
  • Greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, and check-in patients for appointments.
  • Provide basic financial clerical support duties.
  • Present treatment plans and case information to patients.
  • Meet with Dr.’s/clinical staff as needed to review schedule and treatment plans.
  • Attend mandatory team training and monthly team meetings.
  • Must volunteer for marketing events outside of normal office operations.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned based on day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

  • Must be comfortable maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as new policies are implemented.
  • Strong knowledge of Google for Business including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Slack for office communication, and phone operating systems (Weave).
  • Strong Knowledge of Eaglesoft and dental office operations, billing, scheduling, and insurance required.
  • Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
