Alonti Catering Kitchen in Downtown Chicago is now hiring a full time cook. We are looking for career-minded individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, reliable, hard-working and excited to work together with a strong team. We are a well established, fast-growing catering kitchen with opportunities for growth. The right applicants will have:

· Food service experience is a must with cooking and recipe following

· A sense of urgency

· Time management skills and the ability to multitask

· The ability to wake up early for work (we start as early as 4 AM)

· The ability to communicate well and work with a team

· Must be at least 21 years of age with a reliable vehicle, current IL Driver’s License, auto insurance coverage, and a good driving record is required

The Catering Crew Position:

· This is a production *AND delivery driver position. Crew members are required to learn and follow food-prep recipes in a fast-paced work environment, maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace, deliver catering orders using their personal vehicle, and set up catering orders for our clients with a friendly, professional attitude.

· Work Schedule: Alonti Catering operates between 6 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday. Crew members work various schedules between 4 AM and 4 PM during the week. Nights, Weekends, and Holidays OFF (the best schedule in the food-service industry!)

Compensation:

· Starting hourly rate* is $17-18/hour!

· Tipshare: Average $150/week. Hourly Rate plus Tipshare combined, crew members can earn up to $20-22/hour

· Mileage Reimbursement $.65/mile paid monthly

· Cell phone usage supplement $25 paid monthly

· Vacation (up to 2 weeks per year)

· 401k (up to 4% matching)

· Upward mobility for the right individual (recently promoted 2 hourly employees to salary and several of our managers have started as hourly employees)
