Lynn Electronics is actively recruiting an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Office Administrator to join our growing team in our North Wales, PA office. As Executive Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office operations, interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues, and providing administrative and project support. The ideal candidate will enjoy being the "go-to" person and will possess exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities will include:

  • General facility / office administration
  • Provide administrative support including answering and directing calls, preparation of professional presentations, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Monitor office equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Vendor and supplier management - coordinating services, managing contracts
  • Working on project teams; assisting as requested
  • Providing special event coordination and support; assisting with employee engagement activities
  • Work cross departmentally with senior leadership, HR, finance, operations, and IT.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting sound judgment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, office administrator, or similar role. You should have a professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with all levels, internally and externally. You must be reliable and dependable as this is an extremely important support position.
