Job Title: Executive Services Manager

Department: Executive Services

Location: Mohawk, NY – Corporate Office

Hours: 7am – 5pm (Monday through Friday) w/ 1-hour lunch. Must be Flexible to cover meetings when necessary.

Supervisor: Chief Administrative Officer

Description:

Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills and be able to make decisions on your own keeping all matters confidential. Directly supervises “2” employees.

This position will perform a variety of clerical duties as well as provide assistance and support to Hummel’s Executive & Management Team. This includes but is not limited to: memos, correspondence, reports, forms, spreadsheets, flyers, proposals, contracts, etc.

Research product and customer information, runs & distributes reports in DDMS computer system or utilizing internet resources.

Assists Marketing and Sales Departments by creating sales flyers and tracking results of the promos, etc., including coordinating trade show exhibits. Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and events. Will assist in the creation and implementation of E-Marketing, Social Media, and Website development. Helps design retail ads. Coordinates and reviews all donation requests and contributions.

Will also assist other departments when needed, including serving as a backup for Executive Assistants/Receptionist on switchboard.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be creative, possess excellent communication, organizational & time management skills and proficient in word processing/data entry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

This position requires the utmost professionalism; this person must dress in a businesslike manner as well as a professional demeanor. Must be detail oriented, able to make decisions and flexible. Strategic and creative thinker and a team player. Ability to manage multiple assignments at once. Must possess excellent creative, business writing and proofreading skills. Reliable transportation a must.

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
