Are you an experienced fine dining chef looking to join a team at an exciting new restaurant inspired by the Amalfi Coast? Would you be passionate about creating an Italian menu? We are currently hiring an Executive Chef for Aurora Italiana, West Bloomfield, MI.

• Salary: $100,000-$110,000 annually with weekly bonus opportunities
• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Tues – Sun
• Location: West Bloomfield, MI

If you have:

• 3-5 years of culinary experience, including recipe creation, preferably for Italian cuisine
• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency using kitchen management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools

And you can:

• Develop and execute the restaurant's menu, including daily specials and seasonal offerings
• Stay up to date with industry trends & innovation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Create a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of creativity and professionalism
• Oversee private dining
