We are currently looking for an Executive Chef for our Ridge locations (Reynoldsburg) and at our Woods location (New Albany).

What is Your Role? The Executive Chef works under the direction of the Assistant Director of Dining Services and is responsible for directing and/or preparing the preparation of food to be served to residents, guests and staff. The Executive Chef is responsible for the efficient operation of the kitchen.

Job Requirements:

• Hires, Orients, Trains and Schedules Cooks, Dishwashers and Bussers according to budget. Adjusts schedules to accommodate events.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment
• Establish strategic goals while accomplishing financial objectives
• Maintain quality service and provide professional and technical knowledge
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the kitchen, planning menus and ordering food.
• Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and recipes.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
