Job description
The Willows Premier Retirement Community at Medway is seeking a culinary professional to oversee operation of the food preparation areas. Maintain control of all food, non-food and liquor items used in food preparation. Uphold a level of excellence in the food operations through supervision and training of kitchen personnel and related areas. Full time benefits, no late nights!
Prior Management and Quality Food Experience is required.

Minimum Requirements
- The ability to communicate effectively in English through verbal and written means.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office environment and supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Windows as well as word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
- The ability to work well with staff on all levels.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
