Pizza Republica, The Denver Metro Area’s premier restaurant for fine Italian wine & cuisine and pizza the most authentic Neapolitan Pizza, is looking to add an amazing chef to our management team. The Kitchen Manager position involves overseeing the kitchen operations and menu execution for two locations, schedules, COGs, training & coaching, and being a leader in the Back of the House. Minimum five years of kitchen experience needed to apply, applicants must show proficiency in all levels of our kitchen (Pizza, Pantry, and hot line). This job involves working on the line during volume and then shifting gears into administrative work during the no volume times. Applicants should be motivated and high energy.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
