Executive Chef
The Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of the culinary department. The main focus of this position is to create dishes that are visually appealing, cost effective, on trend with market demand, and that set us apart from our competitors. Other focuses will include costing, inventory and waste management, maintaining reasonable labor percentages, and overall upkeep of the facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Culinary Arts or related work experience and have business administration experience.
Related work experience must include a minimum of 4 years in a previous Executive Chef position.
Candidates without management/leadership experience will not be considered.
